unloaded quickly. No overnight parking. There’s a small truck stop, and there’s rest area on I-40 east bound. Blind sided docks, but a lot rooms to maneuver around

Another one of the worst places for pickup. Apparently, appointments are treated more like suggestions than schedules, because it doesn’t seem to matter whether you have one or not you can still expect to wait hours to get loaded. If you ask for an update, the standard response is, “We’ll load you once the shipment is cleared.” That raises an obvious question: if the shipment isn’t cleared, why is it being scheduled and posted for pickup in the first place? They schedule a truck every 15 minutes. Got here at 10 o'clock. Will be 4 o'clock before I get out of here.

Dont come here for pickup, worst place to ever to get loaded. They took 3.5 hrs just to give me dock as I arrived one hour early from my appointment. Still on dock don’t know how long it’s gonna to be get loaded. Laziest people ever met. Not enough for maneuver. Good luck if someone is picking up from here
