Love Dr. Chappell! You know almost every intimate detail about me and post records and test results on your web site, so why won't you provide me with an e-mail address or method for me to send you a wellness form that I filled out for you to be signed? You prefer electronic communication and so do I. No I do not wish to bring it into the office and no I do not have a fax. I'm working just like you. Please allow 2 way electronic communication.
I really like the place and the Dr. The only reason I didn't give it a 5 star was b/c the receptionist didn't seem like she was all mentally there. Other than that. Everyone "behind the curtain" was pleasant personable and professional. Dr. Chappell herself was very professional and to the point.
