John David Jewelers were fantastic to work with! I came in for a loose stone in my wedding band and a few watches that were in need of repair/new batteries, and they were so helpful in educating me about my pieces and the maintenance needed on them. They repaired and cleaned my pieces in a few short minutes while I waited and browsed their collections. I will definitely be back!

Wonderful experience
John David was recommended to us by another jeweler in town to help with resizing a new watch. They helped make sure the fit was just right and replaced another watch’s battery all for a reasonable price. Even cleaned my other jewelry for free! We will be back!
My partner and I came in to look at some engagement rings and ask about the process of getting a custom ring made. The two women working there were not welcoming. They treated us as non-customers from the moment we walked in the door. The most potential reason why is race related but I can't say. We were dressed just fine. The very look on the face of one woman was abhorrent. We do have money and will spend it elsewhere.
