Very un happy that my bonnet wasn't lached back down after my rego check, I could of lost my life on the freeway at 110km p/h when I found it.
Very happy and satisfied with the work and ethics. The work was done efficiently, professionally and on time. The place was clean, very well appointed and the staff was equally professional and at the same time friendly. Last but not least, the bill was super competitive. I truly recommend this place.
Genuinely the most considerate, approachable and friendly mechanics I've ever been to. John Dale Motors fixed the problems with my van very promptly and professionally, contacting me prior to ordering parts and keeping me up to date with the progress of the job. They even went beyond what I expected and sent their apprentice out to pick me up so I could collect my vehicle. Great service from a great team. I would highly recommend them for all your mechanical needs.
As ever first class service, love the video the team send before you approve the work such a great idea. Super friendly team as well. Soooo much better than how you get treated at the VW dealership !!!
