I’ve worked with John on several real estate transactions and each one he has been extremely proactive, on schedule and communicative. John took the time to make sure I as the client was aware of any outlying items or any potential risks. John goes above and beyond to ensure a smooth transaction. I couldn’t recommend him more!
BEWARE - We hired John as our real estate attorney and it took a year and half (yes, 1 year, 6 months) after the closing date to get the title to the property we purchased. Numerous calls and emails to him were either ignored or blown off. Completely unacceptable.
John was very easy to conduct business with. He was on top of our work that needed to be done. Extremely intelligent would highly recommend his law firm. Thank you very much… Richard & Amy
Do NOT use this lawyer. Terrible communication. Takes months to send out paperwork. Do not use his services unless you want to close on your property a year after you start the process. Unbelievable.
Worst lawyer I’ve ever dealt with. Closing on property adjacent to us (cash deal) and it’s been almost 120 days now. Elderly lady selling us the property has gotten nothing but a run around from him. She lost her husband earlier in the year and just wants to move on and needs the cash and he’s continuously lied to her AND myself about why it has taken so long. Our real estate person has used their own lawyer (out of pocket) to purchase properties when he’s attached to them. Dont recommend this lawyer unless you’re cool with ... read more
