The doctor is ok if you can schedule an appointment. The system they have set up is very difficult to schedule, reschedule an appointment or get in touch with a nurse. It was frustrating for me and l was trying to navigate it for my aging parent. The staff is great but they really need to simplify their communication system, update their online address info, and make getting in touch more efficient

Dr. Terrell was the uroligist on duty when i came thru the emergency room eight years ago. Compassionate, kind, patient, great bedside manner..i cant praise him enough. No complications after my surgery. Fast forward to last year..once again i came thru the emergency room but Dr. Terrell wasnt on call that evening so i was given an associate of his. Nice enough Dr but lacked the comfort and compassion that Dr. Terrell possessed. Several surgeries later..one being a PCNL..i was discharged only to be readmitted a few days late... read more
