Dr Terrell is an excellent doctor. Took very good care of my Mom. Explained things and took time to make sure she understood the process. Highly recommend the doctor.
The doctor is ok if you can schedule an appointment. The system they have set up is very difficult to schedule, reschedule an appointment or get in touch with a nurse. It was frustrating for me and l was trying to navigate it for my aging parent. The staff is great but they really need to simplify their communication system, update their online address info, and make getting in touch more efficient
