Good urologist!
Have been seeing him since 2014. Best urologist and the greatest bedside manner.
Dr. Terrell was the uroligist on duty when i came thru the emergency room eight years ago. Compassionate, kind, patient, great bedside manner..i cant praise him enough. No complications after my surgery. Fast forward to last year..once again i came thru the emergency room but Dr. Terrell wasnt on call that evening so i was given an associate of his. Nice enough Dr but lacked the comfort and compassion that Dr. Terrell possessed. Several surgeries later..one being a PCNL..i was discharged only to be readmitted a few days late... read more
Phenomenal healthcare provider! I can't say enough good things about John Terrell M.D. I am a physician and have a pretty good understanding of kidney stones, but I learned so much concerning management options. He so good at communication with the patient at any level. He is so well trained and experienced but is able to package all that information and effectively communicate really putting patient at ease. I am once again getting a kidney stone removed. I've used Terrell for as long as he's been working in ft smith and won't change. Terrell and Lauren are the best for me.
