Following my visit with Dr. Porcelli six weeks ago I messaged him through the DULY EMR, which promises a response within 48 hours, to clarify issues related to my care. Not having heard back from him after several days, I messaged him a second and a third time. He did not respond to either of those messages. Had sleep study done, met with Dr. Porcelli, liked him very much, he explained how much I need a sleep mask. Order was messed up, told it was insurance, nope. Sent a question before I went for mask appt. Took 10 days to get a response. By then had the mask. Been having issues with mask, once again sent message, been 12 days no answer. So, for as bad as Dr. Porcelli says I really need the mask..not keeping something I can't use. I was really looking for help, instead I am sending it back now

Just had my first appointment with Dr. Porcelli. He was super enthusiastic and welcoming as well as having fantastic bed side manner.

I Do not recommend. He seemed very reassuring at the first appt like he was going to help me figure out what was going on. Then when I completed his ordered tests and they came back normal he told me “he didnt have any other tests for me” and that was it. Felt like he didnt care at that point.
