Never going back here. After going through the braces process they put a semi permanent retainer on my bottom row. I told them repeatedly I had a wire loose. They told me they’ll fix it next visit. I went back 4 more times and reminded them everytime and still no fix. Every time said “next visit”. Waste of money
This review is only for the current dentist. After being in the worst pain I've ever experienced from a tooth and waiting over a month to be seen. I finally get to my appointment. I'm told I need to go to a specialist for a simple extraction. After finally finding an oral surgeon, they sent my Xrays. The oral surgeon then tells me any dentist could pull the tooth. Nothing was wrong it was just a simple extraction. I then got an appointment with primary plus dental. The dentist there pulled the tooth with no problem. The new ... read more
This isn't the same great dentist office we grew up having. The new dentist there doesn't care if he helps people or not. I believe I was judged on my appearance. I was told I would need to find another dentist.
I will always give them 5 stars. They are accommodating, caring and most of all compassionate. The men and women who work there care about you and your dental health.
