Deciding to take that step and actually see Dr Jeffrey was the best thing I've done for myself in years. He was able to get right to the heart of the problem and make sense of things I've been struggling with for a long time. I felt better after the first session and have continued to feel better with each following session. His insights and guidance have changed my life for the better. I now have hope and face each day with a new vigor.

I was very depressed for some years. I was referred to Dr. Jeffrey by a friend. The friend has seen him for some time and he helped her get through a very messy divorce, a custody battle, and even helped her when she thought she had fallen in love, but he was a jerk and Dr. Jeffrey got her through that, too. I wish I could give more than 5 stars. Initially, I was not particularly interested in seeing Dr Jeffery, but it was not long at all before I looked forward to every session. I cannot recommend Dr. Jeffery highly enough for his understanding and insight. Were it not for him, I would not be the man I am today!

Dr Jeffrey saved my marriage. I didn't think anyone could cut through the history of hurts and resentment like he did. Dr Jeffrey worked tirelessly to fully understand both of us and helped us come up with practical plans to address the problem areas in our relationship. His insights were eye opening. My son had just moved to a new school and was having trouble adjusting. Dr. John was wonderful - he took time to understand the problem and then helped us and our son to adjust to the new situation. My son just loves to see him, and he has helped us as a family with other issues that have come up over the years. If there is a problem, we always know that Dr. John is just a phone call away. He took care of all the insurance for us, and made getting help a very pleasant process.

Very professional and courteous service. Prompt and attentive. Very good with kids. Our family was helped immensely by Dr. Jeffrey. He understood our problem and walked us through the steps to a successful resolution. We highly recommend him.

In a very unprofessional and un-Christian manor this counselor refused to take me and my son as patients because he, and i quote "doesn't have time to wait for the automated insurance verification" on the phone. I spoke with this counselor and less than 5 minutes later he called to tell me that he couldn't verify my insurance because it was taking too long to reach a real person. Unfortunately for me BCBS has an automated system that "screens" providers automatically...seems i am perfectly capable of chec... read more
