Made two appointments, and they said I didn't have an appointment. At third attempted appointment, they said they needed new info because their computer system had changed, gave me an iPad to fiill out, but I couldn't see as my blood sugar was low. My wife couldn't do it either. Dr. Horgan refused to listen to anything I had to say, and he wouldn't give me any follow-up information, but sent me away without anything saying he wouldn't see me ever again. Office staff wad extremely rude and unhelpful.
