I felt Dr. Hain was very personable and to the point. He answered my questions and was open to additional questions from me to make sure that I understood. I felt he was "with" me and understood why I was asking the questions. I also liked that he looked me in the eyes when he was talking to me. He's also very upbeat, which was what I really needed.
Dr. Hain and his staff were thorough, courteous and very helpful. We appreciated his explanation of my husbands spinal issues and the procedure needed to help relieve his pain. Follow-up calls were responded to quickly.
Everybody very friendly. Listened to my concerns and issues. Clear direction on path forward
I felt like Dr HAIN really cared and did everything he could to locate my problem. He explained everything clearly and showed me pictures of the test results. Explained my options so we could make the decision that was best for me. Staff was very pleasant and helpful.
