Arrived at my appt 15 mins early. Called back into the exam room at appt time but was told by the nurse that Dr Gary runs late. I asked if he was in the building. She said no. Was he on an emergency? No. Where was he? They didn’t know. I waited 45 mins then asked the nurse again if Dr Gary was in the building? Same answers as before. They didn’t know where he was or when he would be there. my first appointment in Gulf Breeze was cancelled the morning of. I had just moved here and my CPAP supplies were low, rescheduled. The doctor was running an hour behind schedule. He also said that I may have COPD, I have left numberous messaged to be tested for this and also to be tested for lung cancer, never received a call back. So my guess is that someone doesn't really care in that office
Dr. Gary may be a fine doctor but we were disappointed with his failure to provide any beneficial treatment to my 80 yr old mom despite his ordering a number of diagnostic tests. Upon seeking a second opinion, the second doctor diagnosed asthma and prescribed medications and treatment that made a significant difference in a short time period. Her breathing improved dramatically. We wish Dr Gary had been able to provide such relief.
Dr. Gary is very kind, very professional and very thorough. I trust his judgement and his staff is just as awesome.
Dr. John Gary has been my pulmonologist since 2013 when it was discovered I have trouble breathing and getting enough oxygen during my sleep. He ordered an oxygen concentrator then and I am still on it to this day. In fact, I saw him today, and he was very caring and encouraging. He is a wonderful physician!
Dr. Gary spent a lot of time with me on my first appointment really getting to know me and my medical condition. I was highly impressed by his professionalism, knowledge and caring.
