I used Caylor for some personal matters and never got the impression that John was even remotely competent. As for the rest of staff, who knows? They may be great but I have no idea because you can never get ahold of anyone no matter how many messages you leave or emails you send.
I own multiple businesses. Taxes before John were sooo stressful, my companies became too big, the tax part was overwhelming. John has been a godsend, I don't fret taxes anymore. Having a good tax consultant on your side is a key step to being successful, I highly recommend Johns firm.
