Spent over a week and a half trying to coordinate with John with little to no communication. He almost completely refused to “schedule” a time and attempted to come out three or four times when no one was home after we discussed availability. Unreliable.
He responded right away with quote, I quickly agreed to said price and asked what day he was available. He then ignored my text and calls for 3 days. Not a very professional way to run your business. When I asked him if I should call someone else, he finally responded with... “ok”. So I guess I’ll take my business elsewhere.
I've used them several times. Great service each time. May have had to wait a few days during peak season, but always took care of me.
We got stood up by another company. So we called John and they came out the next day. Definitely will recommend them!
