John started off very helpful until technician accidently broke one of the blinds stringers while trying to program it so it no longer worked with the remote that he was trying to program. Then, was told that ALL blinds needed to be replaced. NOT THE CASE..... Then, refused to come back to program the other two working blinds and essentially said he best of luck to me. Great way to treat customers. Happy to post the text conversations from John as well. Sending his technician Adam to our house.
John did my home and what an amazing job. Fantastic quality Modern design. Definitely, highly recommend.
