I’ve never seen this Dr. in fact, I regularly get this “Thank you for choosing us….please review “ And WORSE is that it is put in MY MEDICAL RECORDS that he Admitted me and I was in the hospital for a lengthy amount of time!!!!!!!!!! THIS IS NOT ACCEPTABLE!!!!!! Instead of deleting, or, calling the hospital for them to “fix “ their error…. I thought I’d respond to their “please thaw a moment and tell us what you think “ What I think is you need to hire new people who can put the correct person with the correct records!!!!!!!... read more
