Went to JCH this morning with my husband to have some stitches removed, the receptionist was so friendly & helpful, why are we surprised these days? Waited 5 mins only before he was seen by as exceptional Nurse Practitioner. She was so friendly and gave my husband so much attention to help with his anxiety. Stitches removed expertly and painless. Finished the visit by having breakfast in the cafe there. It was cooked to perfection & again the staff were amazing. Well done JCH you are a credit to the NHS .
