The John Coltrane Statue is located in Downtown High Point, NC at the intersection of S. Hamilton St. and Commerce Ave (John Coltrane Way) Parking is available nearby at City Hall. I didn't see that with the construction and detours, so I parked in a tow-away zone right in front of the eight-foot monument. No, I didn't get a ticket, but I didn't stay as long as I would have liked either. The statue is 8 feet high, made of bronze and created by Thomas Jay Warren.
