Our Oven in Buckingham was repaired in July 2023 and confirmed to provide 1 year of warranty for any repairs. When contacted again as the problem is not fixed, there is no response from John Collins. Poor quality of service for the payment made and not responsive after repeated calls shows unprofessional service. Zero stars and defenitely not recommended.

Very professional and helpful
I contacted John Collins Electrical expecting to be told that our ten year-old oven was beyond repair, or that spares were unavailable. The appointment was easy to book and the problem was quickly diagnosed. Less than a week later, the replacement fan was fitted, at a very reasonable cost. Thank you John Collins, for a fast, friendly and efficient repair that exceeded expectations: shame I can't give six stars!
