Worse experience ever. Was told they could do my brake service the next day and then at the end of the day they rang me to say that now they can't help me and I have to wait weeks for brake pads to arrive. Which is utterly ridiculous. Even unable to fit after market ones. Completely unbelievable. So definitely will never take my car back their again.
Toyota Innisfail are always amazing. They solve any issues promptly. Always helpful on the phones and instore. The staff are always friendly and easy to deal with. After dealing with other car brands servicing centres, I won't go anywhere else.
Lisa was amazing, she knew what I was thinking and needed! A bubble of Sunshine she is! So welcoming and made me feel, I like I’d known her forever! Honestly I have been in marketing and you couldn’t get better than her! She was Professional and honestly her smile and Welcoming did it! Before I met her , by her emails I knew she was good and the right person for me! Excellent experience with John Cole Toyota Innisfail! Five star service! Love my Kluger!!
Excellent sales staff from beginning to end when purchasing a new vehicle.
