Tom Kronk looked after me extremely well when I recently bought a Suzuki. Tom was honest, thoughtful and generous and put in a lot of time and care to ensure I had all I needed to enjoy my new car. He also said I could call back anytime for further assistance understanding the technology in the car. I highly recommend Tom if you are needing a new car.
Tom at Izuzu was a complete champion. We got our new Izuzu Ute with no problems at all. Tom has been a great help since then with the technology in new car. If I can’t figure some button out etc , I just drop in and he’s more than happy to help . Great bloke
Tom Kronk was extremely helpful when I enquired about Sukuki Jimnys. He gave some good advice eg. To put a deposit on a Lite model which had been ordered by another client whose finance unfortunately was not approved. This was because Jimnys sell quickly. As my husband was away in Brisbane for a fortnight, and although we discussed this particular vehicle, he hadn’t had test drives, “kicked the tyres” etc & Tom assured me the deposit would be refunded if my husband Bob wasn’t keen to own a Jimny.
