we experience a leak in our hot tub, I called several companies but i felt i was inconveniencing them. Finally a company came out, twice to correct it, both times failed in fixing it but of course there is two service charges and a leaking hot tub. I called John Coles, he was awesome, he came to our house on Thanksgiving Monday ( holiday) inspected the tub, located the leak and fixed it... What a PROFESSIONAL company..... Kudos to you and your staff.

I cannot recommend John Cole strongly enough for your hot tub repair needs. He was thorough, honest in his assessments, including pictures to make decision making easier. John worked with us until not only did he find problems that others had missed but he worked diligently until he had solved the problems. The invoice was detailed and matched the discussion held prior to the repairs. We would all be better off if all repair personnel in any area were as professional as John is with fixing hot tubs.

We used John Cole Spa repair to fix a leak in our hot tub. He was very honest with his opinion on whether to fix the tub or not and was courteous and professional. Throughout the process, he provided prompt service and maintained communication with us. Most of all, he was able to fix the leak. Highly recommended!!

I’ve used John Cole Spa repair on multiple occasions now, could not be happier with the prompt and proffesional service. More importantly, they give you the honest breakdown of what the issue is and are happy to show it to you in person. Very reasonable rates. If your hot tub / spa isn’t under warranty any longer, I’d highly recommend calling these guys before you call the store you bought it from.
