John showed up on time, diagnosed the problem (also fixed a leak I couldn’t find) and had the hot tub up and running the next day. I recommend John without hesitation - 100% pleased with his work and his punctuality. He was also genuinely nice to deal with.
We've had John Cole to our place twice to repair our near 20 year old hot tub in La Salle. This guy is great. He's one of the nicest people you will ever meet and he does amazing work. My wife and I highly recommend him. He goes above and beyond.
