The office staff is wonderful and explains the process to the patient.

I heard fantastic things about this office and everything I heard was spot on! The ladies checking me in were so friendly and made me feel as though they already knew me. I met Dr. Clough’s Nurse Practitioner and she was patient and explained everything and made me comfortable about my upcoming surgery. Dr. Clough was so nice and actually has a great sense of humor. Can't say enough about the care that I received from the doctor and his staff! When the doctor walks into the room you have his full attention! He explained my surgery and explained that every patient is different and that he would make sure that my surgery was successful! 6 weeks after my surgery now and have not felt this good in years! I would highly recommend Dr John and his staff!
