Excellent customer service and great care service. The team were very helpful and they did an outstanding job. I’m really pleased with the service I have received.
The facility and the staff were very nice. I was seen in a timely manner and all of my questions were answered. I felt comfortable with Dr. Cleator and his treatment plan.
The office was very clean. While checking in the staff was very professional and friendly. Dr Cleator is great. He didn't rush us like most doctors do. All of our questions were answered in layman terms so we could understand. Andrea was totally awesome and very helpful. She didn't rush us either. She explained when I needed to have my blood drawn and what we needed to do afterwards. She is quick to call with my INR results and what medication I need to take. I had my first appointment with Dr. Cleator and I was very impressed with his kindness, ease with conversation, and his knowledge! The whole appointment from checking in to checking out went very well! He suggested some baseline testing and I will make those appointments!! Excellent start!! ❤️
