Extremely dissatisfied with the pre-purchase inspection recently performed on our Sprinter limo at this shop. I specifically requested a thorough check of the air conditioning system, and I was assured that everything was in great working condition. However, it has become clear that the AC is not functioning and needing 3 condensers replacedin order to get it back up and running. It is clear that a thorough inspection was not conducted. This is a case of incompetence, or negligence, both equally terrible!
Took my truck there today because the wiper blade arm wasn’t working. John Clay fixed it in 2 minutes and wasn’t even going to charge me! Honest guy and does good work!!
This has been the worst auto service experience that I have ever experieneced in my life.What should have been a 30-minute to one-hour service visit (oil change, tire rotation, multipoint check) extended into a three-hour plus odyssey. After my first 75-minute wait, I was told that my vehicle was ready for release.
