Took my truck there today because the wiper blade arm wasn’t working. John Clay fixed it in 2 minutes and wasn’t even going to charge me! Honest guy and does good work!!
This has been the worst auto service experience that I have ever experieneced in my life.What should have been a 30-minute to one-hour service visit (oil change, tire rotation, multipoint check) extended into a three-hour plus odyssey. After my first 75-minute wait, I was told that my vehicle was ready for release. EDIT: After posting my review, John Clay reached out to me personally to discuss the additional repairs I had done to my car after the repairs his garage had done. He apologized for my need to go to another mechanic and offered to pay for those additional repair costs. I came in today for that repayment and John Clay came to talk with me personally to apologize again and made everything right. I commend his professionalism and his willingness to make things right.
