I have had Dr. Ciciarelli as my physician off and on for almost 20. My recent dealings with his office have been horrendous!!! Long wait times, problems with getting medications, unable to reach the office by phone, etc. My most recent issue required his office to send a prior authorization request to my prescription insurance company in order to get a medication covered, which is still not resolved after a week! Out of medication and switching doctors! I am a diabetic without medication! BAD!!!
Had appointment scheduled with him. He was there. I passed him on way to examining room and he was talking to a drug Rep. Then when I was in the room the Nurse Practicioner came in and said he was too busy and would it be ok for me to see her instead. Really? I made an appointment with the Doctor for a reason. Otherwise I could have gone to any urgent care or cvs minute clinic. Made to feel I didn't matter one bit.
