RESPONSE to LISA review! All visits for properties met Lisa's criteria and were approved by Lisa. Unfortunately, additional visits were not granted by the seller because their children had been infected with Covid at the time.
We had a very bad experience with John. I really would not recommend him. As soon as the the contract was signed with both parties, he lost all interest in following through with the conditions that WE, his clients, stipulated in the contract. We had asked for a second visit before going to the notary in order to take measurements and such and he told us he didn't see a point to it and until we took possession of the house we could not impose a visit.
