Dr Chi, Went above and beyond with my cancer treatment and care. Dr. Chi is very compassionate, knowledgeable and most importantly taking the time with his patients. Taking time with pictures and letting you understand what can and can not be done. His customer commitment is beyond words. I still have at least 2 if not 3 more surgeries to go. And yet I know God's grace is with Dr. Chi. Forever grateful for everything you have done for me. Thank you for allowing me to tell my story.
I give Dr. Chi @ WashU and all of the doctors, nurses, residents, billing, etc at the office and the surgery center a 20 star review because they are AMAZING!!!. I feel so blessed that I had such an amazing team to help me through my journey (and still have their support)... beginning with my consultation and continuing through all my appts, surgeries, and post op. Dr. Chi is phenomenal! He does amazing work, very gentle and explains everything in detail. Best bedside manner I have seen in a surgeon! My nasal reconstruction was fabulous and I can breathe so much better now. I would highly recommend him to anyone! 5 stars doesn’t rate high enough! I was referred to Dr.Chi by my dermatologist following cancer removal on my nose. I truly won the lottery with him being my doctor. The experience was nothing short of perfect. His concern for me was only overshadowed by his expertise in reconstructing my nose. I couldn’t be happier with the results as I finish my treatment. His explanation of each procedure was very reassuring that I was in good hands. In fact, his explaining of each step left me without many questions. The world is truly blessed with Dr. Chi in it.
