Called for antibiotic for UTI. Messaged me back that I needed to be seen. Scheduled me for 11:45 today because leaving town early tomorrow (discussed importance of getting script filled today). Went to office- learned that appt was incorrectly scheduled for tomorrow. Front desk staff can't help. Dr C came to desk- staff said to ask him if he could simply order a urine sample. Hypocrite…he can make patients wait 20mins for an appointment but sends patients away if they are 3 minutes late!
I've seen Dr. Charalambopoulos for about 10 years now and he and his team are world class. They are extremely thorough, but friendly and invite patients to ask questions about specific issues. He also has an extensive network of specialists for more specific health issues. I highly recommend Dr. Charalambopolous as a primary care doctor.
Dr. C is caring and professional. He answers all of my questions thoughtfully and thoroughly. I am so glad that he is my doctor.
