Incompetent and Unorganized Office Staff If I could put 0 stars I would. Three appointments were scheduled with this office, and each time I arrived I was told that my referral had not been received and that I could not be seen. After the second failed attempt, a three-way call was arranged between my primary care physician’s referral department and Dr. Chang’s office.
