I have spent over 5000 dollars at this office and am not please with their customer service at all. The front desk staff is very disorganized and more concern with their own problems then the patients. I will be looking for another doctor where I will feel my needs are important.

I've been a patient of Dr. Carter's for a number of years and always thought that he and his staff did a great job. It wasn't until he referred me to a specialist recently that I was able to "comparison shop"and realize how truly special his office is. At the other office, I felt like I was part of an assembly line;everyone was pleasant but not very personable. I started seeing Dr Carter and his office staff about 2 years ago. My wife has been seeing Dr Carter for over 27 years. My wife had been after me to switch to Dr Carters office for a couple years and I just thought that there couldnt really be that much difference in dentist office's to bother changing. My husband has had receding gums for many years and because of the pain associated with having dental work done, he has always been frightened to go to the dentist even to have his teeth cleaned. He breaks out in a sweat and is terrified. However, he did decide to have his front teeth replaced with veneers. He opted to have conscious sedation (which is the ONLY way he could have gotten through it) along with nitrous oxide. I have been a patient of Dr. Carter's for 1 year, but have know him for many more. As a health care professional, myself, I tend to be more critical of the operations of other practices. Dr. Carter and his staff run the best practice of any I have ever seen. It is truly a team approach. From the moment you walk into the suite you feel a sense of welcome and invite.
