I have been a client of this office for over 30 years. For many of those years, I have worked with Nicole. She is always so pleasant, patient and professional. She listens carefully to my concerns and fully explains how the insurance works. She gives me options, but never pushes me to choose something I don't want. We've only had one claim for a car that my son used that was totaled by another driver. That driver also had State Farm insurance. I've been with John Carr for 23 years and have never had one slight issue on any claim. Rearended by a guy with no insurance and they had my back the entire way taking care of truck and compensated all lost work. Recently replaced my car and it takes literally one friendly phone call and 5 minutes and taken care of. Everytime I've called its like talking to a friend and not just another business transaction. Missy and the girls are amazing and here's to another 23 plus years !

Ive known John for a long time. John has always been there for me and my family from a Professional standpoint and has always responded, replied or kept us updated in real-time no matter what our circumstances have been. More important than all that is the fact that John is a great person and a friend! He just happens to be our insurance agent as well! Thank you John Carr and State Farm for always being there! We became State Farm customers in 1981 with John Carr. His office staff has always been professional, personable, and more importantly always there when we have questions. They have always gone above and beyond assisting us. Missy is fantastic, she has responded to my questions even on weekend hours! Recently, we have used our homeowner insurance on a large claim, and Missy spotted where we were not being given the best answers by her own company, and she became our spokesperson until the issue was resolved. Kim facilitated my application for homeowner and auto insurance smoothly and quickly. I needed a quick turnaround for a new home policy for a move, and it was really smooth.
