AVOID THIS PRACTICE! I have been trying to help an elderly relative through Covid and a bad fall. Can’t get ahold of anyone in a timely manner: have tried waiting on hold for hours, and have left a message, but still no call back and it’s been almost 3 weeks. They say they are shorthanded, but it’s still poor patient care. It’s almost like they are weeding out all but the most persistent patients. Not worth it!
