Do not use these guys! I hired them for conveyancing and lost the place I wanted because of them. I paid my deposit and sent Emica the docs requested. She asked me if it was okay if it wasn't that day and could it be tomorrow - I said fine, but there was apparently another buyer and I did need it relatively quick, but as long as it was the next day. I sold one property and Emica was very helpful throughout the process, there were some changes to what we initially discussed and agreed. She managed those changes very well and keep me informed in a timely manner. Coordination with multiple parties were involved and she managed it very well. Overall very nice experience.
