Do not use these guys! I hired them for conveyancing and lost the place I wanted because of them. I paid my deposit and sent Emica the docs requested. She asked me if it was okay if it wasn't that day and could it be tomorrow - I said fine, but there was apparently another buyer and I did need it relatively quick, but as long as it was the next day.
