RecommendedFor it’s convenience, not having to go into Toronto.
First time using Hamilton Airport and had no idea the size, parking etc. Our flight was leaving at 6am so we went at 11 pm the night before to make sure we got a parking spot lol. I’ll know better next time, when people tell you it’s small believe them. Nothing like Toronto airport, even smaller than Toronto Island airport

Flora from Swoop has terrible customer service abilities. I was traveling today with my two year old and am 34 weeks pregnant.. we were moving across the country and she made me switch .2kg out of my suitcase and into my other one which was way under weight! That is not even half of a pound over the limit! Absolutely ridiculous! This lady needs to learn a thing or two. It was a very unpleasant way to start the already VERY difficult journey of flying with my toddler at the end of my pregnancy.
Customer Service and passenger accommodation. The Hamilton airport (namely domestic check-in and security), need to take some classes on how to deal with humans and make decisions when someone is "stuck" or in a position of uncertainty.
Hamilton get your act together. Great airport but brutal exit! Waited an hour to get out. There must have been over 50 cars that all had to pay an extra hour just waiting to exit....Maybe you could hire another cashier with that $28 million you’re getting! Going back to Buffalo
Great quick service and helpful staff. Right from the plane to luggage to car in about a half hour. all in walking distance!
As first time here, I can say it is convenient. Hard to get lost here🤓. Tim Hortons, free wifi, information centre, vending machines, Swoop Airlines. Very nice for a local international airport.
great airport with friendly staff.. I try to fly out of here whenever I can.
