He is a very nice doctor and he really cares about you and your health. I was not rushed and he explained everything.
Dr. Michael has been treating my mom, and was very rude and inconsiderate at her last appointment. She was very traumatized by his treatment of her.
My sons was diagnosed with Best's disease at age 8 and Dr. Michael has helped us through all the years and now through the changes in the stages my son just experienced. Dr Michael was empathetic in telling us about my son's blindness. He gave us information on the current condition. He is very knowledgeable about the disease. I trust his judgment and treatment.
Dr. Michael was honest, completely informative, and had a calming effect even as I was about to possibly lose my vision. He answered all of my questions honestly, in depth (not like many drs who think the patient is too dumb to understand). He was sympathetic and understanding of the mental state I was in at the time. Didn't baby me, but was patient.
