I am updating my review with John & his office, 5 star of course! I wanted to share two stories of how John has helped me out, & helped others! I was out by the office today and stopped to make an appointment today Monday. On Monday his office is closed except for the office manager Steph! If I was reviewing the two office gals alone I would have given this place 5 stars. I was greeted by the blue eyed sweet girl at the front desk who was absolutely kind hearted and super helpful. I also met the short sweet blonde haired girl. They talked with and made me feel super at ease. Well then I met the "Dr" I was less than impressed. He met with me for well over an hour and all he did was talk, talk, and talk. Oh wait, he did take xrays but then just talked. In my 56 years on the planet, I’ve visited quite a few dentists. Without a doubt, Dr. Mastrud and his staff are the most caring, understanding and professional dental practitioners I’ve ever encountered. I have been going to John for around 20 years. For me it's non-negotiable, I will not go anywhere else but to John, as long as he is in practice. John & his staff are all friendly, nice, gentle and fun! When I talk dentist stuff with friends they will often say " I want a dentist who can give service with no pain." Well today I was at his office & had 2 fillings-- no pain at all! Another thing about his office is they do it the right way. They do not over book a time slot, and make you wait an hour to get in.
