The WORST! I had my ortho with them and regret it! They ended up selling their gainesville location and when i told them i wasnt happy with my smile they didnt care! dr john martin said it was my bone and there couldnt be anything done. I got a second opinion recently from two orthos and i was told it could get fixed and i could accomplish the smile i want. John Martin is only wanting your money and cares little about patients. Please DON'T get treatment here i wish someone couldve warned me!

Horrible disorganized staff. Not trustworthy. Too many mistakes with charts and overbilling.
My initial experience was great. I thought I was getting the best care. It wasn't until years later when I became better educated that I realized how much trouble I was in. I had a jaw issue that was not addressed. My teeth were shifted nearly out of the bone. My mandibular incisors have severe bone loss and recession. I take care of my teeth. Every dentist asks who my orthodontist was. If you choose Dr. Martin. Please get a second opinion!
The pros are that they will make payment arrangements. The cons are that they overbook and herd children around the office like cattle. Although they hound you to keep your payments current, they cant even remember the slightest communications from parents. No Bueno.
