It disheartens me that I feel morally compelled to leave this review. I was a patient of Dr. Lowe for several years and initially it was great. However, circumstances changed overtime. The office staff, when you can reach them, are wonderful and Dr. Lowe’s bedside manner is enjoyable. It’s the lack of quality of care, responsiveness and failed treatment outcomes that overshadows the warm and pleasant office atmosphere. Dr.Lowe and his team are very friendly and helpful. They make you feel very comfortable.
Melonie was a great hygienist and Darla is always helpful with insurance and front questions. Dr Lowe is great. Didn’t have to spend much time with him but if I have questions he is very helpful.
I get huge anxiety getting dental work done and they are patient and kind and keep my anxiety in check!
