I would not completely trust you with my loved one after she was left outside to wander around until i found her on the street corner ready to stumble into traffic shame on you.
Giving this hospital one star is being overly generous. My son went twice with the severe stomach pain and vomiting. He was told his bloodwork was fine and both times he was sent home still vomiting and in pain. The staff appears to care less about the patient, both times it felt like he was forgotten about. To call them for assistance seemed burdensome for them. I feel for the patient that goes alone with nobody to speak on their behalf because they don't appear to care. Ok now I know that just because the lobby in the waiting room of the ER is empty doesn't mean there not busy but it also gives an indication that there's not a whole of people waiting to be seen either. When I walked in there was only one person waiting. It looked like he was waiting on some body who was already being seen.i was the second person and then several more came after me. Took over 6 hours to get called into a room. Didn't take my symptoms seriously. Had back pain and abdominal pain just to tell me I was dehydrated. I was only dehydrated because they wouldn't allow me to drink anything for over 6 hours. The same night I went an elderly lady passed away in the waiting room while also waiting multiple hours. The room wasn't packed maybe 10 people who needed a room.
If I could give this place 0 stars I would. My family has been here on two separate occasions and each time it has been a dismal experience. This time, my husband presented with severe chest pain radiating up to his neck and around to his back, shortness of breath, and elevated blood pressure… we’ve now been sitting here for 2 HRS(!!!!!!!) and he STILL hasn’t been seen.
