I hired Mr Leggett to settle my 92 yr old mothers estate which was complicated by my homeless brother having her change her trust 10 mos prior to her passing. After clear discussion of the matter, I hired Mr Leggett to correct all the illegal changes and protect my mother’s wishes in her original trust. I had court yesterday he was appointed by the court for a DFCS case. I can tell he is good at what he does as an attorney in his chosen field which is handling wills and estates but if he is appointed to you by the court because you can't afford your own attorney HE IS NOT GOOD he doesn't want to be bothered because he is not getting paid what he is use to charging so you and your family will not be worth your time even if DFCS doesn't have a real case on you and to just open up one he is going to use your love for your chil... read more
