Excellent experience! I didn’t feel like I was on an assembly line as some offices operate. The staff was friendly and timely. Dr. Foley spent time to get to know me and provide for my visual needs. On site parking made it exceptionally convenient. Oh, you made it I mean, evidently they’re doing curbs today so it should be done next time you come never know Highly recommend Dr. Foley!
Why the front desk staff don’t do their job properly ???? They got my insurance info, scanned everything and I was told that they are in network. A few weeks later I got the bill I was told “surprise!! We are actually out of network and you are responsible to pay it all”. This is not right. Not all your patients have the luxury of making six figures. Your ignorance is very expensive for some of us.
My daughter is going to college in another state and needed to see an eye doctor. Her visit in the office went well, but the next morning she woke up with a concern. She called the office in the morning, twice, and never received a call back. The problem turned out to be a side effect of dilation, but at the time we didn't know that, and she was scared. That is horrible customer service.
Nurse Kim,took very care of me....each step iñ the rooms she explained to what machine will do for my eyes never had that....Thank-you Kim...now dr.foley is the best of the best,I rate him way over 5 stars in my eyes.If you looking for the eye doctor of one of the best ,come and see Dr. John C.Foley. Have a bless day!
