Dr. John Byrnes see a very straightforward and knowledgeable doctor. Medstar itself I’m not too happy with. I’ve been trying to fix my address to my current address for the last year and a half. He called me in a prescription and I can’t get it filled because of the address issue. The pharmacy has contact them and I have contact them and it’s been three days. Dr Byrne was very patient, listened, communicated clearly what my care possibilities included and helped me make a logical decision and proceed. I very much appreciate his care.
Dr. Byrnes is a great physician and super knowledgeable. He helps you understand all your options moving forward with the different treatment options, however the administrative staff lacks organizational skills. I booked an appointment almost 2 months ago waiting on an authorization that never was processed because an employee abruptly left without handing off the file to someone else.
