John Budd just completed a two-part clothes dryer vent repair and installation at my home. So very impressed with him. Five stars!! John does excellent work and is very professional. He is an excellent choice for chimney sweep work as well as vent repairs -- you'll be in very good hands and very glad you called him!
Called John B*** after a tornado came through here and took some bricks out of our chimney and tore the chimney cap off. John showed up when he said he would and did a first rate job in replacing the brick, mortaring them back in place, straightening out the chimney cap and replacing it as well. We have used John Budd Chimney Service several times over the years to clean the fireplace chimney and more recently to repair a leak. We are extremely pleased that he was able to repair a leak that had been a problem for some time. He has always been very professional and leaves the area clean and neat. He responded timely to our needs and followed up to make sure the chimney was no longer leaking.
We have used Budds chimney service since 2002 , he does a great job , if not for him we may not. still be living there .thanks John for all you do for us.
I waited two weeks for Mr. Budd to come to my home to inspect my wood heater, fireplace and clean my chimney. I must say I was very disappointed in his work and his professionalism. Mr. Budd slid my dining room table across my hard wood floor, knocking down a chair. (my furniture isn't cheap) He laid his tools on top of the dining room table with nothing underneath to protect the top. He cleaned out the wood stove and suggested I look at getting another one.
