BEWARE these office hours are NOT for this address. When we drove here (an hour from our house) they have a sheet of paper saying they are only in office Monday and Tuesday. We called them and the representative apologized and said they work from home the other days. We told her they need to fix their hours, but she said it is their hours they just aren't in the office. Then why have an office building and report to Google that this specific location is open for business??
I have been with State Farm for about three years, and my experience with Agent Kim has been outstanding. She is professional, always answers my calls promptly, and provides excellent service. Currently, I have both my home and cars insured with State Farm. Last year, my car was damaged in a hit-and-run accident. Kim guided me through the claims process, helping me report the incident.
