Great place to stay
Very convenient and a nice location. Didn't have all the amenities that were mentioned on the website and couldn't get two keys. A bit pricey considering the lack of facilities especially during for winter, but gave us the basics and as mentioned, a very good location, also comfortable and quiet. It's not their fault but it's not very child-friendly as there are no barriers where the pavement drops 40cm down to the car park.
Extremely Unsafe – Someone Entered My Room and Ate My Food I had an extremely unpleasant and unsafe experience at this hotel. I left a box of six ice creams in my room’s minibar. Before going out, there were four left. When I returned, I found only three left, plus one that had been opened and partially eaten. Booked a family room (1 x queen and 2x bunk beds). Had 2 towels provided for the room. No one at reception - not able to request more towels. Poor customer service. Don’t bother if you like showering and being able to dry off afterwards.
Perfect hotel and location. Price is very reasonable for a deluxe room. All renovated which was refreshing. Nice and clean. A coffee pod machine was in the room which was a nice touch. Definitely a must to stay here on a budget. Manager was lovely and welcoming.
