First time ever using hope crossing and everything from start to finish was awesome. I really enjoyed my first experience definitely making them my primary vet!
I chose this office after reading a lot of reviews because I was hoping for a more family-friendly atmosphere and a personal relationship — something beyond the typical in-and-out experience of most vet clinics. Unfortunately, my first impression didn’t meet those expectations. I had to bring my two young sons with me (ages 5 and 6) since I’m a teacher and it was right after school. Dr. Webster and his team consistently take great care of our pet. They give us helpful advice without being pushy or trying to sell extra procedures. Their excellent clinical skills are aided by easy scheduling, billing, shipping, etc.
