Rude and unreliable. From what I can gather, unless you're going to spend thousands of dollars, he's not interested. I had an appointment for him to run some gutters for me for a DIY project. When he didn't show, he rather rudely told me he had other customers who needed gutters and he wasn't going to drive out to my house to run 50 feet of gutter. The work was great. Quality and on time completion. They even made suggestions on improvments to our plan without increasing costs. My wife is over the moon about ou new kitchen!
