Unbelievable. We had a Commercial refrigeration compressor breakdown early on a Friday morning recently and after a dead-set frantic phone call to Bossy's Refrigeration mid Friday morning, we had Luke the Technician knocking on our door ready to start! Are you for real? After an inspection in our Plant room, he had the problem diagnosed, off he went to secure the exact replacement part, had if fitted, tested the Plant, tweaked a few other bits while he was there and then advised us on the best and smartest way forward. Always quick to respond when I've needed Bossy! I run a Commercial fishing operation so when anything refrigerated breaks down I need it actioned urgently and for years now Bossy has done just that!
