John and his team were absolutely brilliant. What we thought was failed grout turned out to be a much bigger job – a leaking pipe, rotten floor, and most of the bathroom needing ripped out and replaced. John was fantastic and kept us calm all the way through. Professional, tidy, and attention to detail was spot on. The finish is excellent, would definitely recommend.
Really helped out changing an integrated washer. Highly recommended.
